Samantha Joffe

As Senior Manager for our FIT team, Samantha brings a passion for making the lives of our clients easier. She has strong experience with bookkeeping best practices and modernizing accounting systems, bringing them into the digital age.

Before joining Stern Cohen, Samantha gained strong expertise with internal accounting, bookkeeping and controllership. She has worked with a variety of industries including financial, professional services, recruiting, and start-ups.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from York University and an Honours Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping from Durham College.

Outside of work, Samantha is a super mom to two active kids.  She likes cooking and baking and more recently she has taken up gardening in the spring/summer. In the winter she enjoys skiing with her family.

What do your clients appreciate about you?

After a successful QuickBooks Online implementation, it’s much easier for a business owner to see how their business is doing. They appreciate my support and having accurate reporting helps them sleep better at night. That’s rewarding.
