It's Tax Time!

Important Request:

For the safety of our clients and staff, going forward we strongly discourage clients from mailing their tax information to us during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are asking our clients to please upload their documents and checklists electronically via our secure portal. Detailed resources for this process are available on this link:

We understand some clients may not have access to a scanner or a smartphone to take pictures. For those clients, we would suggest holding on to your personal tax documents for now and reaching out to the partner on your file closer to the end of April when we will assess the current COVID-19 situation and how to best retrieve the documents in a safe manner.

Thank you for your cooperation!

  • OR you can print the Checklist(s) and complete your form with a pen or pencil.

Step 3: Gather your tax slips and any requested supporting documents.

We are strongly encouraging clients to send their documents electronically (take a picture of your documents so that they can be zipped and uploaded). Click for instructions on how to do this.

Step 4: Send us your completed Checklist(s), slips and supporting documents:

  • Upload to our secure portal: Stern Cohen Portal
  • Due to COVID-19, our physical office is now CLOSED but we are operating remotely.  See the important request at the top of this page for further instructions if you have paper documents.
