Stern Cohen has been named a 2016 Best of Accounting™ winner!
Stern Cohen earned the Best of Accounting award for exceptional client service based on satisfaction ratings given to us by over 300 of our clients. To win, we achieved a Net Promoter Score© showing extraordinarily high levels of client satisfaction.
In June 2016, Stern Cohen initiated our first wide-scale client satisfaction survey. We used a well-regarded third party vendor specializing in satisfaction research (Inavero) to take the pulse of our client relationships and find out how we are doing. Inavero asked our clients to participate in a short, 8 question survey.
The survey used Net Promoter Score methodology – known as “the one number organizations need to grow” and as a result, we were able to measure our results against accounting industry benchmarks.
